Josie Aenis was born and raised in Northern Michigan. She received Christ as her Savior at the age of eight. Josie attended Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Christian education.

Josie’s best friend and companion is her husband, Jim. Their joy is their children. Their daughter, Heidi, is married to Tim Tripp. Tim is a pastor and is being used of God in North Carolina. They have six beautiful children. Josie and Jim’s son, Steve, is married to Amanda Tomlin. They live in Florida and have a heart to help others. They have three wonderful little boys. Josie and Jim’s grandchildren bring enjoyment to all.

Josie and Jim have been involved in Christian education and ministry for over thirty-five years. Teaching kindergarten for twenty-seven years was Josie’s delight. During the last half of her years as a kindergarten teacher, she became administrator and then owner of a Christian-based day care in Milford, Ohio, under the leadership of Dr. Charles Keen. There at First Baptist, she was also the leader of the Women’s Missionary Fellowship group for thirteen years.

In 2003, the Lord led Josie and Jim to Jacksonville, Florida, where she became preschool director at Trinity Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Tom Messer. After serving for seven years, the Lord impressed on her to resign her position and write and develop a mom’s manual to be used as an outreach tool for churches.

As a Christian, Josie loves to build relationships with moms and strives to help meet their needs and reach them for Christ. Her passion for souls and desire to help moms in their roles as wife and mom are what has motivated Josie to develop this manual. For more information on the It’s 4uMom manual Click Here.

 

Ministry Involvement and Contact Information

Josie Aenis is a women’s speaker and has spoken at many mother/daughter banquets and various women’s groups and occasions.

Josie was the Women’s Director of the Missionary Fellowship group at First Baptist Church in Milford, Ohio, for thirteen years. Josie is currently the mentor mom director for young moms in Jacksonville, Florida, and has served in that capacity for eight years.
