We are so excited to share our added community outreach by making available: ‘It’s 4 uDad’ Manual.
We started this new outreach the same night of the month that our church was implementing ‘It’s 4 uMom.’ We opened the door to outreach even wider. The Scripture says in Psalm 81:10b “…open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.” That is what the Lord opened for us.
The men (any man is welcome) came the same night as the moms came, but they met separately, had their own program, had their own food and enjoyed hearing, and listening to the instructions from the Bible, through an experienced Life Coach for men, at every meeting. Amazing results of the Dads group, was encouraging not only for them, but for our church and moms being blessed by the results of their husbands being involved. We discovered and we do rejoice, over the fact, that community dads and future dads to be, wanted to hear from the seasoned elder men of the church, and gather their wisdom in leading their families. What a blessing. As the ladies and men gathered, we made ‘uKids’ available, with loving caregivers, so it was a complete family night for the community. A great discovery also, was to know that community families are not mad at God or the local church. They want to learn and accept knowledge through these meetings, so they can raise their families to be great citizens in their cities. Meanwhile, the Word of God is taught and souls are reached for Christ, who is the One, who will make the difference in individual lives.
We encourage Gospel preaching churches, to consider implementing this outreach in their churches. They will need dedicated Christians, a dining room, (or designated rooms) and 2-3 manuals to help them get started.
Jim and Josie share the details of the community outreach initiative, they founded, for their church, and they demonstrate how it can assist other churches in reaching the community for Christ and growing the congregation through building relationships. An evangelistic tool, this step-by-step guide provides a description of the program and defines the key roles and responsibilities of the leaders. It provides timelines and checklists for the major functions, and it gives samples of forms, letters, sign-up sheets, meeting formats and themes, speaker ideas, mailing lists, flyers and newsletters.
It’s 4 uDad is a simple method of reaching community dads & future dads; but the Gospel message never changes. Acts 16:31b comes alive: “…and thy house.” Reach dads and we can reach the family.
“Healthy churches are made up of healthy families, and healthy families start with healthy moms and dads! It’s 4 uDad is a great way for your church to minister to the men in your church. The younger dads can learn so much from the older dads. I’m so grateful for the vision that God has given Jim and Josie Aenis to start this outreach ministry to fathers!“

“It’s 4 uDad is an enjoyable event for dads, young and younger. As we gather in fellowship, we share how we can become better fathers and husbands through the Word of Christ. Putting my faith in the Lord is the most important lesson I have learned with my time at It’s 4 uDad.”

“It’s 4 uDad is an amazing way for men of all ages and walks of life, to gather together and encourage one another. The elder men have so much wisdom and experience to share and the young men add more energy and excitement. Every man has a different experience and perspective to share. We can all learn from one another. The Christian journey is hard, and not meant to walk alone. It’s 4 uDad is a community to band men together.“

“It has been an honor to help these men in: first-their walk with the Lord, second- their walk as men, third-their walk with their wife, Fourth- in their walk with their children.
If we do not as men, get the first one right, then it will effect all the others. It is such an important aspect, that as men, as a husband, and as father’s, we will not leave much of a legacy behind. If we will put God first and our relationship with Him, as men, then all the aspects of our lives, our wives and our children will benefit greatly through the power of God.”
